This Limited Liability Waiver (“Waiver”) applies to all participation in Amplify Light Enterprises LLC classes, programs, workshops, movement sessions, online trainings, and in‑person events (“Activities”). By registering for, attending, or participating in any Activity, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined in this Waiver.

Amplify Light Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing safe, empowering, and high‑quality movement‑based instruction. Because physical activity carries inherent risks, this Waiver explains your responsibilities and the limitations of our liability.

**1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk**

By participating in any Activity, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Movement‑based training, dance, fitness, stretching, and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, falls, or physical discomfort.
- You voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with your participation.
- You are responsible for listening to your body, modifying movements as needed, and stopping immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
- You understand that online instruction may limit our ability to observe or correct your form.

You agree that you are participating **at your own risk**.

**2. Health & Medical Clearance**

By participating, you affirm that:

- You are physically able to engage in movement‑based activities.
- You have consulted with a physician if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
- You will not participate if advised against physical activity by a medical professional.
- You will inform the Company of any relevant physical limitations before participating in in‑person classes.

Amplify Light Enterprises does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

**3. Release of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Amplify Light Enterprises LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from:

- Injury
- Illness
- Accidents
- Property loss
- Any other harm resulting from participation in Activities

This release applies to both **online** and **in‑person** participation.

You agree that the Company is **not liable** for injuries or damages resulting from:

- Your own actions or negligence
- Failure to follow instructions
- Unsafe environments during online participation
- Pre‑existing medical conditions
- Actions of other participants
- Events outside our reasonable control

**4. Online Participation Environment**

For virtual classes, you agree that:

- You are responsible for creating a safe environment free of hazards.
- You will ensure adequate space, flooring, lighting, and ventilation.
- You will use appropriate footwear or practice barefoot as instructed.
- You understand that the instructor cannot see your full environment and cannot prevent hazards in your space.

Amplify Light Enterprises LLC is not responsible for injuries occurring due to unsafe home environments.

**5. In‑Person Participation Requirements**

For in‑person classes, you agree to:

- Follow all safety instructions from instructors.
- Use equipment properly and safely.
- Notify instructors of any injuries or limitations before class.
- Respect studio rules, boundaries, and safety protocols.
- Refrain from participating if you are ill or experiencing symptoms that may affect your ability to move safely.

**6. Photography, Video, and Media Release**

By attending any Activity, you grant the Company permission to:

- Photograph, film, or record you
- Use your name, likeness, voice, and image
- Publish or distribute recordings in any media now or later developed
- Use recordings for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes

This permission is irrevocable and does not require additional compensation.

If you prefer not to be recorded during in‑person classes, you must notify the instructor **before** the Activity begins.

**7. Minors (Under Age 18)**

For participants under 18:

- A parent or legal guardian must sign this Waiver on behalf of the minor.
- The guardian assumes all risks associated with the minor’s participation.
- The guardian agrees to all terms outlined in this Waiver.

**8. No Guarantees of Results**

Amplify Light Enterprises provides movement‑based training, empowerment coaching, and educational content. We do not guarantee:

- Physical transformation
- Emotional outcomes
- Performance results
- Skill mastery
- Any specific personal or developmental outcome

Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

**9. Indemnification**

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amplify Light Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your participation
- Your actions during Activities
- Your violation of this Waiver
- Any claims brought by third parties related to your conduct

**10. Severability**

If any part of this Waiver is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

**11. Acknowledgment & Agreement**

By participating in any online or in‑person Activity, you acknowledge that:

- You have read and understand this Waiver.
- You voluntarily agree to its terms.
- You waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Company for injuries related to participation.
- Your continued participation constitutes ongoing acceptance of this Waiver.
